We mainly ship to Continental Europe, Countries outside European Union are excluded. Check map below to know if we can reach your country.

Of course, we try to expand our horizons and are always happy to send our products to different locations unfortunately we cannot always reach every location due to carrier restrictions. If you are from “shipping on request” region then send us email before order to check possibilities for best shipping method.

In any case, we encourage you to contact us before order so that we can check if we can send the parcel to your location

There are some exclusions from delivery If you cannot order through our shop write us email with parts which you want to buy and provide your address. We will check manually for other shipping possibilities.

Your order may be cancelled due to some of the following reasons:

  1. Recalculation cost of shipping due to carrier location fees – it happens when carrier counts additional fees for delivering to your zone. We will send you order with updated shipping cost.
  2. You didn’t finish order.
  3. Order was marked as illegal.

If you are looking for specific part which is not in our store you can send us picture of part with short description, we will try to get it for you!

If you find some problems with payment it maybe caused by one of the following reasons:

  1. You put shipping address in billing area which differs.
  2. Someone already bought item which you are trying to order.
  3. There might be some technical errors on payment gateway – please try later or change payment method.

As we sell only used parts our company doesn’t give right to return. Returns are acceptable only due to our mistake.
