The online store sites has been set up by the company , which is the operator of this site. Any order under a product appearing in the online store's website shop-moto.eu requires prior consultation .As consequence of these conditions, the consumer is fully informed of the fact that its agreement on the content of these conditions does not require the signature of this document, insofar as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the framework of the shop's website. The consumer has the option to save these conditions, provided that the backup is their sole responsibility. The online store set up by Administrator through the website lists the following information:

Article 15: Product Warranty The consumer is expressly informed that the company Turbo Shop is not the producer of the products featured in the website within the meaning of Law and relating to the liability for products defective. Accordingly, in case of damage to a person or property by a defective product, only the liability of the producer of the latter may be sought by the consumer. Article 24: WARNING Unless otherwise specified in the data sheet, items sold on the site www.shop-moto.eu and its variations are used products , our company assumes no liability whatsoever, regarding the questioning of a manufacturers warranty for a mechanical or electronic, and any loss of insurance coverage.
