Article 18: No partial validation If one or more provisions of these terms are held to be invalid or declared as such under a law, regulation or after a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and scope. Article 19: No Waiver The failure of either party not to claim a breach by the other party to any one of the obligations contained in these Terms shall be construed in the future as a waiver of the requirement involved. Article 24: WARNING Unless otherwise specified in the data sheet, items sold on the site www.shop-moto.eu and its variations are used products , our company assumes no liability whatsoever, regarding the questioning of a manufacturers warranty for a mechanical or electronic, and any loss of insurance coverage.
